Instant Experience

After the Kilauea volcano explosion, the Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau tasked us with reinvigorating interest in visiting Hawaii. Our social campaign, #ExploreIslandofHawaii, targeted outdoorsy Millennials actively planning their next vacation. We showed off the wide array of activities that visitors can experience when visiting the island. And to change the narrative around the volcano, we highlighted the unique role volcanoes and lava play in Hawaiian culture.

Results: 28M impressions, reached 4M people, and generated over 16k social shares.
